The Microelectronics Scholarship is financed through the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science (EEMCS). The goal of the scholarship is to help financially challenged students with proven potential to study at the TU Delft. Awarded students will receive a partial scholarship towards the cost of their MSc studies at TU Delft.

Aim and Benefits of TU Delft Electrical Engineering Scholarship Master's Scholarship
- Partial scholarship for up to two students
- Partially covering tuition fees for a TU Delft MSc programme (based on the statutory or institutional tuition fee applicable to the student's nationality).
- Extension of the scholarship to the second year is subject to the student maintaining an average grade of 8.0 (80%) during the first year.

Requirements for TU Delft Electrical Engineering Scholarship Master's Scholarship Qualification
- You are a promising excellent international student
- Admitted (conditionally) to the 2-year Regular TU Delft’s MSc programme in Electrical Engineering (track Microelectronics).
- You have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 80 percent or higher of the scale maximum in the bachelor’s degree from an internationally renowned university outside The Netherlands.
Interview date, Process and Venue for TU Delft Electrical Engineering Scholarship Master's Scholarship
- Students who have been granted a scholarship will be informed by TU Delft via email by the end of March 2027.
- Receiving the scholarship is conditional on the student fulfilling all admission criteria.
- Extension of the scholarship to the second year is subject to maintaining an average grade of 8 (80%) during the first year.
- Students must choose an MSc thesis project in the Microelectronics Dept, and if they receive a 9 (90%) or higher for the project, they will be offered a PhD position in the Microelectronics Dept.
- The student must remain enrolled at TU Delft during the scholarship period.

- Upload the Scholarship Application Form
- Upload 1 reference letter (if you have two references, upload as 1 pdf.)
- Upload the English language certificate. (All applicants who wish to be considered for a scholarship are required to include their English test with their MSc application before the Scholarship deadline application).
