The Noel Elliott Senior Scholarship Programme celebrates the life and achievements of Noel Elliott Senior.
Noel's family wish to mark their beloved father’s contribution to the built environment by supporting future generations. Noel was always keen to help people where they needed it. He admired and celebrated success stories. The Elliott family, now in its third generation, have successfully delivered a wide range of projects in Ireland and the UK. They wish to continue the success that Noel Senior had created, which can only be achieved by embracing the talent of the future.

Scholarships are valued at €3,000 each and will be paid in full to the students from TU Dublin Foundation.
Applicants must be enrolled in 1st year in BSc (Hons) Construction Management, 1st year BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics or 2nd year Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering, and subject to achieving the agreed academic requirements, the Noel Elliott Senior scholars will receive the award in each year of their undergraduate programme. Failure to achieve the required academic results disqualifies the student from receiving the scholarship, which triggers the application process for a new Noel Elliott Senior scholar.
If the successful recipient fails to achieve the required academic results or ceases to participate in the course, they will no longer receive the scholarship and a new application process will commence.
Applications are to be submitted for the scholarship, along with a brief personal statement (300 words). Shortlisted applicants will be asked to take part in a short interview to be held in early to mid-November 2024. A shortlist of students will be selected for consideration and will be awarded based on several set criteria.
