UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School is pleased to offer a number of scholarships which will be awarded to academically exceptional students who also have demonstrated leadership and impact achievements.

The total value of each of these Scholarships is a €2,000 contribution towards fees for the Masters programme that the candidate has applied for and has accepted an offer from The School.
To be considered, students must be a graduate of an Irish Higher Educational Institution or will graduate in the summer of 2025. A candidate must hold a mid Hons 2.1 (65%) or above degree result or be in a position to achieve 65% or higher in their Bachelor Level 8 Honours degree and have completed their degree in full in the summer of 2025.
These Scholarships are for our full-time Taught Masters MSc Programmes only. It also includes our Master of Accounting.
The Scholarship is not open to those who have already commenced or have previously undertaken a Masters programme.
These Taught Masters Scholarships will be judged and then awarded to the applicants on the basis of their overall degree result (holding a mid Hons 2.1 or above) along with the quality of the two short essay questions the candidate has completed as part of their Scholarship Application Form.

Please note that UCD Belfield programmes run in conjunction with UCD Smurfit School - MSc in Biotechnology and Business, MSc in Biotherapeutics and Business and MSc in International Law and Business - are not eligible for Scholarships.
Terms and Conditions
To be considered for these scholarships, candidates must submit a programme application before the deadline 1st August 2025. Therefore, there is no separate application process for these scholarships. Awarding of the scholarship is based on an applicant's final degree results and programme application.
