UniSC Equity Bursary
Aim and Benefits of UniSC Equity Bursary
- A$2,500 for one study period for applicants who are assessed as having the highest level of financial and/or personal hardship considerations. Pro-rata rate will apply if recipient is enrolled in a part-time study load (24 units).
- A$1,000 for one study period for applicants who are assessed as having a high level of financial and/or personal hardship considerations.
Requirements for UniSC Equity Bursary Qualification
- domestic students enrolled in full-time study*
- any undergraduate degree program at UniSC
- satisfactory academic progress (minimum GPA of 4.0)
- Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, Permanent Australian Humanitarian Visa holder; or Permanent Resident of Australia
Please note, students who receive the Equity Bursary and withdraw from their studies in two consecutive study periods will not be eligible to receive an Equity Bursary payment in the subsequent study period.
Interview date, Process and Venue for UniSC Equity Bursary
- financial need
- other equity considerations and circumstances
- preference will be given to students who have not already completed an undergraduate qualification
