United Leaders Global (ULG) 2025 NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship

United Leaders Global is seeking passionate and dedicated volunteer mentors for our NextGen Women’s Leadership Fellowship. This program empowers outstanding young women from around the world to design and implement creative social change projects.

We believe that mentorship is a critical catalyst for growth. As a mentor, your primary role is to act as a supportive guide, helping your assigned Fellow navigate her project from concept to a well-defined plan. We’re looking for people who are eager to share their real-world experience and serve as a reliable source of encouragement.

• A comprehensive Mentor Guidebook, containing coaching best practices.
• An Onboarding Pathway with relevant mentorship content, to get you started.
• A Template Project Charter to help structure the mentorship.
• Direct support from the ULG Mentorship team.

Requirements for NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship Qualification

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A genuine passion for empowering young women and a belief in their potential.
• A background in business, community development, or social impact.
• Experience in coaching, project management, design thinking or creative problem-solving is helpful, but a desire to share your knowledge is most important.
• A strong commitment to being a reliable and supportive guide.

Interview date, Process and Venue for NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship

Commitment:

• Approximately 6 total hours (about 3 hours per month).
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate both your and your Fellow’s availability.
• Program duration: October – November 2025.
