University of Bath Sir Jack Cater Scholarship 2026

Sir Jack Cater was awarded an Honorary Degree from the University of Bath in 1995. He was the founding head of Hong Kong's Independent Commission Against Corruption, and went on to become Hong Kong's Chief Secretary, Acting Governor and Commissioner in London.

This scholarship is awarded on behalf of his family and the Parthenon Trust to students of nominated Hong Kong universities.

• 1 x £3,000 scholarship is available for full-time, postgraduate taught master's courses across the Faculty of Engineering & Design, Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences, Faculty of Science and School of Management*.
• The award will be applied as a discount on your tuition fees.

Requirements for University of Bath Masters Scholarship Qualification

You can apply for this scholarship if you are a graduate of Hong Kong University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) or Hong Kong Baptist University and:

• have a confirmed offer to study a full-time taught postgraduate master's course at the University of Bath for 2026
• have firmly accepted your conditional or unconditional offer
