The University of Dundee in partnership with the British Council is offering GREAT Scholarship to citizens of Ghana commencing a full-time postgraduate degree in September 2026.

Requirements for University of Dundee Postgraduate Scholarship Qualification

To be eligible to apply for GREAT Ghana Scholarship, you must:  

• Hold an offer for a full time, on campus taught programme in any academic school, leading to the award of a Master’s degree.
• Be classified as an International Fee-paying student by the University of Dundee.
• Be a citizen of GREAT Ghana, eligible country or territory
• Please note that applicants should be passport holders of Ghana.
• Available for all programmes in theory, however with a focus on Business, Computing, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering or Physics.

How to Apply

In order to apply, you must be holding an offer to study at University of Dundee.

Please apply using  'Apply for funding' section in your eVision portal.

As part of your application, you will be required to answer the questions below with a maximum of 200 words each per topic:

1. What are your reasons for wanting to study at University of Dundee, on your chosen programme of study?
2. Describe a significant achievement in your student life or in your working career to date, and explain the impact it had on other people or the organisation.
3. How would you help spread the word about University of Dundee as a study destination?
4. Describe your career objectives beyond the course you have applied to, indicating the type of role you would like to occupy in five years' time and how the course you are interested in studying can help you in achieving these objectives.

Any text over the word allowance will not be considered.

Any applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
