University of Edinburgh 2023 Clinical Management of Pain Scholarship

The Department of Anaesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine offers four scholarships to students on the Clinical Management of Pain (Online Distance Learning) programme in the 2023-2024 academic session.

Aim and Benefits of Clinical Management of Pain Scholarship

We are offering 2 scholarships, for the sum of £1000 each.  These awards will be tenable for 2023/24 academic year and will be :

  • Automatically deducted from your tuition fee with any remaining funds being awarded towards living costs.

Requirements for Clinical Management of Pain Scholarship Qualification

The scholarships will be awarded to new applicants who have applied for admission to a postgraduate taught Masters or Masters by Research degree programme of study at the University commencing in September 2023. 

Applicants must have, or expect to obtain, the equivalent of a UK first class or 2:1 Honours degree at undergraduate level.

Both taught Masters and Masters by Research programmes are eligible for this award. Applications will be considered from UK/Overseas applicants wishing to study full-time/part-time/online distance learning programmes.

Interview date, Process and Venue for Clinical Management of Pain Scholarship

Criteria

Students and students on PG programmes longer than one year may apply but must be aware that this funding is for one year only, therefore, students are advised to budget accordingly.

All applicants will be notified of the outcome by the end of July 2023.

The scholarship deadline is Wednesday 5th July 2023, 23:59 BST.

In order to gain access to the scholarship application system, applicants must have applied for admission to the University of Edinburgh.  Please note that, following the submission of an application for admission, it can take up to five working days for all system checks to be completed and for access to be granted.

The online scholarship application form is located in EUCLID and can be accessed via MyEd our web based information portal at https://www.myed.ed.ac.uk
