Successful applicants of the GREAT Scholarship Kenya 2021 will receive a scholarship value of £10,000.
Requirements for University of Manchester Masters Scholarship Qualification
- Applicants must hold an offer of study at The University of Manchester before applying for this funding.
- The scholarship can only be awarded to offer holders who are passport holders of Kenya.
- Applicants must be studied in Kenya at all levels (school/college/university) with the exception of students who completed their bachelor's at The University of Manchester and previously studied in Kenya.
- Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence over and above the criteria required for admission to the taught master's course selected.
- Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English language.
- The scholarship will only be awarded to applicants who are classified by the University as an international tuition fee payer.
Note:
- Selected candidates will be required to firmly accept their offer of a place by 31 May 2021 in order to confirm their scholarship.
- The University of Manchester GREAT scholarship will be awarded in the form of a partial fee waiver.
