The Computing and Information Systems PhD Scholarship is offered to high achieving graduates of the University of Melbourne Master of Computer Science who are enrolling in the Doctor of Philosophy – Engineering and Information Technology in Computing and Information Systems.

PhD Scholarship

Aim and Benefits of PhD Scholarship

• This scholarship provides a fortnightly top-up stipend at the rate of $20,000 per year (full-time student rate) for up to 3.5 years.

Requirements for PhD Scholarship Qualification

To be considered for this scholarship, you must:

• Have applied for and met requirements for the Doctor of Philosophy – Engineering and Information Technology in Computing and Information Systems
• Have graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Master of Computer Science.

Interview date, Process and Venue for PhD Scholarship

• The scholarship is offered to the student(s) ranked highest by the selection panel, based on their application and prior academic performance.
