University of Milan Regional Scholarships 2026/27

The competition to award DSU (regional) scholarships under the education incentive programme (in Italian Diritto allo Studio Universitario — DSU) is aimed at students who, in the 2026/27 academic year, enrol or intend to enrol on degree programmes run by the University of Milan and who meet the requirements of merit, income and regular academic progression specified in this call for applications. No scholarship shall be awarded based solely on merit or solely on income requirements. These scholarships are funded by the Lombardy Region and the Ministry of University and Research.

Aim and Benefits of University of Milan Regional Scholarships Undergraduate Scholarship

• Tuition fees
• Annual stipend
• The total scholarship amount, including the meal quota, ranges from a minimum of € 2,143 to a maximum of € 8,248.

Requirements for University of Milan Regional Scholarships Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

The competition is open to Italian and international students who meet the income and merit requirements, and who are enrolled or intend to enrol (on a full-time basis) in a.y. 2026/27 on the following programmes:

1. Bachelor’s degree (3 years: first level degree);
2. Single-cycle Master’s degree (5 or 6 years: combined first and second level degree);
3. Master’s degree (2 years: second level degree).
4. Postgraduate school (with the exception of medical students with a specialist training contract)
5. Doctoral research programme (unless they are already in receipt of a scholarship or research fellowship).
6. Open Semester of the single-cycle Master’s degrees of Medicine and Surgery, Dental Medicine and Veterinary Medicine, article 11.
