Encouraging an increase in women considering senior leadership roles. University of Oxford have a range of scholarships available for exceptional female candidates in each diploma cohort. The scholarships cover 50% of the diploma programme fees.

• Open to female applicants.
• Academic achievement.
• Professional achievement; in particular, evidence of leadership or leadership potential.
• A desire to inspire and act as a role model.
• A readiness and enthusiasm to become a committed ambassador for the School, representing the School’s values, whilst on the programme and beyond.

Interview date, Process and Venue for Executive Diploma Scholarships for Women Undergraduate Scholarship

• Suitability will be assessed via both the scholarship statement and the diploma application form. 
• The CV and transcripts submitted with the programme application may?be used when assessing scholarship suitability. However, we recommend that any information you feel is important for scholarship assessment is highlighted within the scholarship statement. 
• You are also encouraged to provide context where necessary: for example, if success has been achieved through individual determination, ambition or motivation. 
• Please note the scholarship supporting statement is not used during the admissions process.

Application Deadline

How to Apply

• You must submit a completed diploma application and tick the box to apply for a Diploma Scholarship for Women by the deadline.
• You must upload a supporting statement (maximum 500 words) in the 'Funding' section of the programme application form, answering this question:
  Drawing examples from your professional experience, how have you acted as a role model, mentor, or advocate in your community or sector? How will your diploma enable you to develop further as a leader?
