Requirements for University of Queensland Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

You're eligible if you:

• need to improve your language skills and you don’t have an IELTS below 5.0 in any of your bands;
• at the time of application for the Scholarship, have applied for a Program with the University;
• are an international student in accordance with the University’s Fee Policy; and
• are a student from the following cohort, to align with the purpose of the scholarship –
  • (a) UQ Refugee and Humanitarian Scholarship
  • (b) UQ Asha Scholarship recipient (India equity)
  • (c) Latin American sponsorship bodies with a UQ agreement

Application Deadline

How to Apply

• You don't need to apply for this scholarship.
• When you apply to study a program at UQ, you're automatically considered for this scholarship if you meet the eligibility criteria.
