- Are enrolled full-time in the Bachelor of Agricultural Science or Dual Bachelor of Agribusiness and Agricultural Science with a major in Horticulture
- Are in your 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year of this degree
- Don’t hold a similar scholarship.

- evidence of your personal qualities including passion, sincerity, accountability, respect, determination, leadership potential
- your personal statement and your strength of interest in completing vacation employment at Costa Group.
