Requirements for Presidential Bursaries Qualification

To be eligible for this scholarship you must have:

• Accepted a PhD offer and start your studies between 1 August 2025 and 31 January 2026
• A first class undergraduate degree 

Application Deadline

How to Apply

You do not need to make a separate application. If you meet the eligibility criteria, your Faculty will apply to the Doctoral College for the bursary for you.
