University of St Andrews Accommodation Award International 2026

The International Accommodation award is available to entrant undergraduate students with an Overseas fee status who will be studying in St Andrews for an undergraduate degree beginning in 2026. Prospective students can apply for financial support towards their University or private accommodation costs in St Andrews. Awards worth a minimum of £1,750 per annum are available for the duration of the undergraduate course, selection is based on financial need.

Information received in the application will be taken into consideration as part of the overall review process, and none taken in isolation. This information will only be used for the purpose of scholarship assessment.

Aim and Benefits of University of St Andrews Undergraduate Scholarship

For University Accommodation:

Minimum of £1,750 towards university accommodation (University halls or University managed accommodation)

For Private Accommodation:

Minimum of £1,750 towards private accommodation as maintenance. Maintenance is paid in ten monthly instalments directly to your bank account (BACS) from September to May, with a double payment in February.

• This scholarship is available for application via the St Andrews International Undergraduate Scholarships application form through the scholarships and funding catalogue in the Scholarships and Funding section of My application.
• After you have applied to a course beginning in the academic year 2026, you will be provided with login details for the My application portal. You must allow at least two working days for processing and issue of your log in details before you can apply for this scholarship.
