University of Stirling 2025 Postgraduate Merit Scholarship

They are offering all UK or Republic of Ireland students with a first-class Honours degree (or equivalent) a £2,000 scholarship to study full-time on any taught Masters course. The award is offered on a pro-rata basis for students who are studying part time.

Aim and Benefits of Postgraduate Merit Scholarship

The scholarship has a value of £2,000. This scholarship will be applied as a fee reduction in the first instance then, if any balance remains this will be awarded in cash within the first semester of your course.

• Physiotherapy
• Podiatry

Requirements for Postgraduate Merit Scholarship Qualification

• Available to any UK or Republic of Ireland student with a first-class Honours degree (or equivalent). 
• Only available to self-funded students paying tuition fees to the University of Stirling.
• Only available for courses fully taught on campus.
• For MSc Physiotherapy and MSc Podiatry, the £2000 scholarship will be applied to the first year of study only.
• Not available to students studying postgraduate certificates, diplomas or modules.
• Not available to students studying MSc Housing (Dissertation only) and MSc Social Work Studies.

How to Apply

Students will automatically be identified as part of the admissions process. No separate application is required for this award.
