About University of the West of England (UWE)

The University of the West of England (also known as UWE Bristol, or simply UWE) is a public university located near the city of Bristol, United Kingdom. The university has a history dating back to the Merchant Venturers Navigation School which was founded in 1595, with the present institution granted university status in 1992. Its main campus is at Frenchay near Bristol, about 5 miles (8 kilometres) north of the city centre and close to the M32 motorway. Aim and Benefits of UWE Millenium Scholarship

Millenium Scholarship allows a 50 percent tuition cover for Masters, Mphil level programm(s) in the field of All Subjects taught at the university.

Requirements for UWE Millenium Scholarship Qualification

To be eligible for the University of the West of England Millenium Scholarship 2021/2022, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• The applicant must have achieved the equivalent of a British 1st in an undergraduate degree
• The applicant shall hold an unconditional offer ora conditional offer where IELTS or equivalent English language is the only condition
• The Applicant must be a new student to UWE Bristol with no previous UK study and;
• Be classed as overseas for fees purposes
• Not be a sponsored student or in receipt of another scholarship/award
• Provide official transcripts at the time of application

How to Apply

Interested applicants for the University of West England Millenium Scholarship 2021-2022 can only receive the award after they have been offered a confirmation letter for admission, hence the need to apply for admission first. You will be invited to apply as part of the application process, if you pass the eligibility criteria as listed above. You will receive a link to an online application form which must be completed by the application deadline.
