One scholarship is available for a Home Fee Master’s student from a Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic background and/or female with a course offer for the MSc Real Estate Development course at the University of Westminster.

Part-time students are also eligible to apply.

Aim and Benefits of University Of Westminster Landsec Postgraduate Scholarship

The successful applicant will receive £10,000 in total – £5000 will be paid into your nominated bank account in October, and £5000 in January.

Requirements for University Of Westminster Landsec Postgraduate Scholarship Qualification

To be eligible, you must: 

• Be a Home student for fee purposes and have an offer from the University of Westminster for a place on the full-time or part-time MSc Real Estate course starting in September 2023
• Be from a Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic background and/or female student
• Have a minimum 2.2 Honours Degree 
• Be the first in your family to go to University 
• Have a household income of less than £25,000 per annum

You are not eligible to apply if you already have a Postgraduate degree.

Please note that if your course falls into one or more of the below categories then you are NOT eligible to apply for a scholarship:

• Postgraduate Diploma 
• Professional courses (eg RIBA pt III, ACCA, CIMA, CiLEX)
• Conversion courses (eg Graduate Diploma in Law)
• Integrated Masters/MPhil/PhD student
