Ms Edith Easthope bequeathed funds to The University of Western Australia ('the University') to establish a scholarship to encourage and assist a high-achieving student enrolled in the Bachelor of Science, completing a major in Natural Resources Management or Agricultural Science, to undertake an honours course related to their major.

To encourage and assist a high-achieving student enrolled in the Bachelor of Science, completing a major in Natural Resources Management or Agricultural Science, to undertake an honours course related to their major.
To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, an applicant must—
(a) be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia;
(b) be enrolled—
(i) full-time and
(ii) in the final semester of the Bachelor of Science with a major in Natural Resources Management or Agricultural Science; or
(c) have completed the requirements for the Bachelor of Science, with a major in Natural Resources Management or Agricultural Science; and
(d) have applied to enrol, or be enrolled, in the Bachelor of Science (Honours) course with a thesis related to Natural Resources Management or Agricultural Science
