The Values Partnerships Summer Fellowship is a selective opportunity for emerging leaders interested in working at the intersection of culture, marketing, and social impact.
Fellows work closely with our team of strategists and creatives supporting real projects across corporate, nonprofit, entertainment, and advocacy clients, gaining exposure to how major cultural campaigns, partnerships, and community initiatives are developed.
Responsibilities may include:
- Drafting and editing client deliverables
- Supporting outreach and client engagement
- Assisting in the planning and execution of events and marketing campaigns
- Conducting research on cultural trends, community partners, and strategic opportunities
- Supporting social media, digital storytelling, and content development
- Attending team and client meetings to gain exposure to high-level strategic work

The Values Partnerships Fellowship is designed to give emerging leaders hands-on experience working at the intersection of culture, marketing, and social impact.
Fellows gain:
- Real Campaign Experience: Contribute to real projects supporting major brands, organizations, and cultural initiatives.
- Exposure to Cultural Marketing and Social Impact Strategy: Learn how organizations engage diverse audiences through marketing, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Professional Development: Strengthen skills in strategic thinking, research, writing, communications, and project management.
- Mentorship and Collaboration: Work alongside strategists and creative professionals with experience across marketing, media, advocacy, and entertainment.
- Insight Into Purpose-Driven Work: Gain an understanding of how brands, institutions, and creators partner with communities to drive cultural and social impact.
Fellowship Details
- 4 days/week, 5 hours/day during traditional working hours (EST)
- $20/hour
Requirements for Values Partnerships Fall Fellowship Fellowship Qualification
While many of Value Fellows have traditionally been undergraduate or graduate students, Value have expanded the fellowship to include individuals interested in Values Partnerships’ work regardless of school affiliation.
Value Partnerships welcome applicants who are curious about working at the intersection of culture, marketing, and social impact, including:
- Undergraduate or graduate students
- Recent graduates
- Career pivoters interested in transitioning into cultural strategy, marketing, or social impact work
- Emerging professionals seeking hands-on experience in community engagement, creative campaigns, and cultural marketing
Applicants should also:
- Be available for the full fellowship period (September 9 – December 18, 2026)
- Have interest or experience in marketing, social impact, strategy, communications, events, advocacy, or digital storytelling
- Be based in the United States (Eastern Time Zone preferred)
Fellows must have access to:
- A computer
- Reliable internet
- A mobile phone or landline

- What is one cultural trend or shift that you believe brand marketers and communicators are overlooking right now? How should brands or organizations respond to it?
Responses should demonstrate your ability to analyze culture, marketing, and audience engagement.
Applications will be reviewed in early August, with interviews beginning in mid August.
Final decisions will be communicated by September 1, 2026 unless otherwise communicated.
