Women in Data Science New Zealand Scholarship 2025

This scholarship is funded by Women in Data Science New Zealand.  The purpose of the scholarship is to promote women pursuing a career in Data Science.  It is also an investment towards local talent to provide female students in Data Science with financial support to continue their study at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington.

Requirements for Women in Data Science New Zealand Scholarship Qualification

• Applicants must be currently studying an undergraduate programme in Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence or Computer Science in 2025 at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington.
• Open to domestic and international students.

Interview date, Process and Venue for Women in Data Science New Zealand Scholarship

The applicants are expected to have commitment to working in the Data Science profession, a good academic record, good communication skills and a clear vision of what they can achieve with Data Science.

How to Apply

A completed online application must be submitted by 4.30 pm on the closing date. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Any required supporting documentation (including references) must also be received by 4.30 pm on the closing date in order for the application to be considered.
