University of Galway Global Achievement Scholarship (Undergraduate) 

Aim and Benefits of University of Galway Global Achievement Scholarship (Undergraduate) 

University of Galway is delighted to offer a Global Achievement Scholarship to eligible applicants, providing a €2,000 reduction in tuition fees for their first year of undergraduate study. There is no need to apply separately for this scholarship, as all eligible candidates will be automatically considered based on their academic results and personal statement.

Requirements for University of Galway Global Achievement Scholarship (Undergraduate)  Qualification

To qualify for this scholarship, successful candidates must be:

• assessed as international for fees purposes
• self-funded (ie not be receiving funding from any other external sources such as government or employer sponsorship)

and have:

• met the conditions outlined in your full-time undergraduate course offer letter
• have secured a place for full-time study at the University of Galway on an eligible programme starting in September 2023.

Please note that eligible programmes for this scholarship are limited to bachelor's degrees offered by the College of Arts, Social Sciences and Celtic Studies, the College of Business, Public Policy and Law, and Shannon College.
