PROGRAMME LANGUAGES

The Joint Master Degree in Mechatronic Engineering is one of the very few Erasmus Mundus Master Courses that is not fully taught in English. Pursuing international students integration in the European way of life and aiming to contribute to multilingualism (defined as one of the cornerstones of the European project), lectures are always taught in the local language used at each EU institution. Thus, prospective EU4M students must be able to communicate in at least two of the languages used in the Programme.

At the moment of application, students must have at least a B1 level of the teaching language used in the country of their first study year; an A2 level of the teaching language used in the second country is also required

Additionally, basic Swedish might prove useful for students coming to Skövde. Although lectures will be taught in English in this institution, everyday life out of its premises is likely to use the aforementioned language.
