Established in 2008, the UNIFEMGA Scholarship Fund began as an informal effort to pay school fees and provide grants to students. Over the years, it has evolved into a sustainable, formal scholarship scheme that has supported students for more than a decade. Empowering OAU Muslim Students for a Brighter Future. Vital financial assistance based on merit and financial need to help alleviate educational burdens and promote academic excellence.

Aim and Benefits of UNIFEMGA Postgraduate Scholarship

1. Undergraduate Grant  - Awarded to Merit and Honors category undergraduate students.
   • Grant Value - ?100,000
2. Postgraduate Grant - Awarded to postgraduate beneficiaries for advanced studies.
   • Grant Value - ?150,000
3. Long-term Sponsorship - Sustainable support throughout your entire academic journey.
4. Family Relief - Significantly relieves educational financial.

Requirements for UNIFEMGA Postgraduate Scholarship Qualification

• Must be a Muslim student at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
• Must be at the 200 level of study or above.
• Must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship program at the time of application.
• Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students across all departments.
• Current or returning scholarship awardees remain eligible.

Academic Criteria

• Merit Scholarship - 3.50+ Min CGPA
• Honors Scholarship - 2.50+ Min CGPA
• Physically Challenged - 2.50+ Min CGPA
• Health Sciences - 50% Requirement
