UI SHINE Scholarship 2026 (Scholarship in Indonesia)

UI SHINE scholarship is offered to only exchange students from UI partner universities (your home university must have student exchange agreement with Universitas Indonesia). Student exchange provides you with a unique opportunity to experience Universitas Indonesia’s vibrant academic life and unique diversity of Indonesia. Now it comes with financial support during a semester exchange at our campus.

Universitas Indonesia (UI) Master's Scholarship

Aim and Benefits of Universitas Indonesia (UI) Master's Scholarship

1. Block grant IDR 18,000,000 for one semester
2. Visa application fee

Requirements for Universitas Indonesia (UI) Master's Scholarship Qualification

1. Applicants must be non-Indonesian citizen
2. Applicants must meet the inbound exchange admission requirements in order to be eligible for the scholarship. Please refer to INBOUND Exchange Fact sheet on this link https://international.ui.ac.id/exchange/ for exchange admission requirements
3. Applicants need to submit a Motivation Letter along with the application document
4. All admission process is done through the International Office Universitas Indonesia
5. The scholarship does not include the preparatory Indonesian or English course
6. Applicants must have received at least 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination
7. International students need to provide themselves with insurance to cover COVID-19 treatment in Indonesia
