Students selected for the Financial Analyst Internship will have the opportunity to experience TE Connectivity’s Aerospace, Defense & Marine Business Unit. This unique opportunity is specifically designed for Juniors May 2026 graduates at our partner HBCUs/PBIs. The Financial Analyst Internship is a 10-12 week internship, beginning mid-May and concluding the first week of August. (Remote & Hybrid in Winston Salem, NC.)


Financial Analyst (Remote)

Responsibilities

At TE Connectivity, you’ll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you’ll:

  • Drive 1-3 focused business priority projects aligned to current business needs; likely to feature the use of data analytics and/or visualization tools 
  • Provide support to the execution of periodic and ad-hoc deliverables, join and contribute to internal team and cross-functional business meetings
  • Take proactive steps to learn the broader responsibilities, roles, and contributions to the business performance of the AD&M Finance team

Financial Analyst (Hybrid in Winston Salem, NC.) (Candidates must be local)

Responsibilities

At TE Connectivity, you’ll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you’ll:

  • Supporting the ICT Global Finance Team in preparing reports used throughout the BU
  • Analysis of existing account structures and providing recommendations for optimization
  • Assist the global Commercial and Product Finance teams with go-to-market and product analysis

Financial Analyst (Remote)

The Opportunity

  • Working collaboratively with direct and cross-functional business partners to provide relevant financial data and insights to support business leader decision-making 
  • Being an active participant in team meetings and discussions and providing new perspectives to identify improvement opportunities in existing process 
  • Enabling you to develop technical and analytical skills to support the advancement of key business and functional objectives, and grow your business acumen through cross-functional engagements

Financial Analyst (Hybrid in Winston Salem, NC.) (Candidates must be local)

The Opportunity

At TE Connectivity, you’ll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. As an Intern in the Industrial & Commercial Transportation Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by:

  • Joining a dynamic international team with presence in all time-zones and across cultures
  • Support the Global Financial Planning and Analysis team which is responsible for preparing budgets, reporting business performance to Senior Leadership, and providing insights and recommendations that drive business objectives
  • Learning about global Commercial Vehicle markets and how TE competes in them

Compensation

$18-28 based on experience & qualifications

Requirements for TMCF and TE Connectivity Financial Analyst Internship-Remote & Hybrid in Winston Salem, NC Qualification

  • Juniors May 2026 graduates
  • Have Received a High School Diploma or GED
  • Are currently enrolled at a TMCF member school pursuing a BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related 
  • Authorized to work in the U.S./U.S Citizens only
  • MUST have a TMCF-formatted resume
  • (Preferred) Have previous internship or large project experience
