- Participants will receive a training stipend/allowance during the six-month development period.

Requirements for ARIL Technologies Limited — Graduate Automation Engineer Development Programme Training Qualification
Candidates who have:
- Completed their NYSC
- HND, B.Sc., B.Eng. or B.Tech qualification
- Background in Electrical/Electronics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer, Instrumentation/Control or related Engineering disciplines
- Or a relevant Science/Technology background such as Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science
- Little or no industrial automation experience
- Strong logical and analytical thinking
- Curiosity and genuine interest in technology
- A willingness to learn, practice and solve problems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Candidates of all class of degree are welcome.
The programme is performance-driven.
Being selected as a trainee does not automatically guarantee permanent employment.
Trainees will be assessed continuously throughout the programme.

- Project adaptability
may be considered for permanent employment with ARIL Technologies Limited at the conclusion of the programme.
