Aspire Institute’s mission is to transform the lives of young adults worldwide who are currently underserved through a fully funded leadership development program that catalyzes our leaders of tomorrow to make a positive impact in their communities.

Participants will gain exposure to a variety of experiences, such as a self-paced and live seminars and courses led by world-class faculty, case-study discussion groups, and mentorship and grant opportunities. This extensive, multidisciplinary curriculum has been curated by Harvard faculty. Most uniquely, alumni current Leaders-in-Training will connect with a diverse, hard-working, and talented group of future leaders spanning continents and intellectual curiosities.
This program is for students who are from backgrounds of social and financial adversity. All applicants must meet the following criteria:
• 18-26 years old
• Low-income background
• First-generation to attend university (parent(s) and/or primary caregiver(s) did not complete a bachelor’s level degree)
• Enrolled in an undergraduate program or recently graduated (within three years)
OR
• Education impacted by a natural disaster and/or armed conflict (i.e. refugees or displaced persons)
