BMW Group Sales Marketing Intern MINI Region Europe 2026

The MINI Region Europe team is responsible for sales and marketing management of the MINI brand across Europe. We offer you exciting insights into many different areas and the opportunity to learn about successful sales and marketing.

What can you expect?

• You will support your sales colleagues in creating sales reports, presentations, and general administrative tasks.
• Furthermore, you will be involved in deriving measures from sales requirements, ranging from pure sales activities to events and European campaigns.
• Furthermore, you will contribute by analyzing marketing performance reports from different markets and identifying synergies and anomalies using KPIs and dashboards.
• In addition, you will support the organization, preparation, participation and follow-up of events, meetings, management appointments and workshops.
• You will also assist in the creation of presentation materials and actively exchange information with European markets, internal departments and agencies.

Requirements for BMW Group Internship Internship Qualification

• Studies in business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing, communication studies or similar.
• Second half of a diploma or bachelor's degree program or master's degree program.
• Prior practical experience in marketing, communication or sales is desirable.
• Knowledge of how to use dashboards.
• IT skills with confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Organizational skills and flexibility.
• A high level of commitment and initiative combined with a confident demeanor.
• Valid Class B driving licence.
• Fluent German and English skills.
