About Bond University

The Bond University is a private not-for-profit university located in Robina, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. The University was established at the initiative of Alan Bond, the founder and Chairman of Bond Corporation and Harunori Takahashi, President of EIE International. The University's development was funded via a joint venture between Bond Corporation in Australia and the Japanese entity, EIE International. Aim and Benefits of Bond University Indigenous Scholarship

Provides 50% tuition remission plus a one-semester living bursary that includes a meal plan for those pursuing a diploma or undergraduate degree who relocate to the Gold Coast and live in on-campus accommodation.


Requirements for Bond University Indigenous Scholarship Qualification

To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, you must:

  • Be an Australian citizen.
  • Provide evidence of Confirmation of Indigenous Heritage (see information on what evidence is required in application details below).
  • Meet the standard entry requirements for your chosen program of study.
     

NOTES:

  1. Eligible students commencing a Bond University College Diploma then transitioning to an undergraduate degree will receive a 50% tuition fee for up to 320 credit points. On completion of the diploma the balance of the scholarship will automatically be extended to the degree, once you move into undergraduate studies.
  2. Students already enrolled in a Bond University diploma, undergraduate or postgraduate program are not eligible to apply for their current admitted program however are encouraged to apply when progressing to further studies at a higher level.
  3. With the exception of Note 1. above, where a student completes their admitted program, any unexpended credit points are not permitted to be transferred to another program.
  4. Students applying for the following courses not eligible for the Indigenous Scholarship:
    - Diploma Preparation Program
    - Bachelor of Medical Studies
    - Doctor of Medicine
    - All higher degree research

How to Apply

If you meet the eligibility criteria for this scholarship, we encourage you to apply by following the below steps:

  1. Complete the?Bond University Study Application Form to lodge your application for your chosen program. Learn more about this process. 
  2. Complete the?Bond University?Scholarship Application Form. Simply use the same log-in details as used for your study application and enter 'scholarship' in the keyword field on the 'Start an Application' tab.  

You must complete and submit your scholarship application before the application closing date as no late scholarship applications will be considered!
