Deakin International Scholarship for Excellence Undergraduate Scholarship

Aim and Benefits of Deakin International Scholarship for Excellence Undergraduate Scholarship

• 25% of your total tuition fees (stated on your offer letter)
• This scholarship is available for the normal duration of your program. 

Requirements for Deakin International Scholarship for Excellence Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

To be eligible you must:

1. meet the entry requirements for your program, including English language requirements
2.  meet the minimum academic requirements outlined below:
   •  Undergraduate degree: have achieved at least a 75% average (or equivalent) in previous studies.
   •  Postgraduate degree: have achieved at least a 80% average (or equivalent) in previous studies. Applicants who are citizens of India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Mauritius, Myanmar and Bhutan are eligible with a minimum 75% average (or equivalent).
3. be a new international student enrolling in a Deakin degree from one of the following countries:

• Bangladesh
• Bhutan
• Brunei
• Cambodia
• China
• India
• Indonesia
• Laos
• Malaysia
• Mauritius
• Myanmar
• Nepal
• Philippines
• Singapore
• Sri Lanka
• Thailand
• Timor Leste
• Vietnam

Conditions of eligibility

• All conditions must be met, and the scholarship is conditional upon acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in the acceptance form
• Additional fees may apply. The scholarship will not cover study beyond the standard program duration, including extra or repeated units.
• This scholarship is not available to students enrolled in Health quota programs.

How to Apply

• If you're eligible, you’ll automatically be considered for this scholarship when you apply for a Deakin degree. You'll be notified of the outcome once your application has been assessed.
