Flinders University has established this scholarship to support students seeking refugee status in Australia.
Three scholarships will be available per annum initially. The number of scholarships available in future years will be determined by available funding.
Flinders University is a public university in Adelaide, South Australia. Founded in 1966, it was named in honour of navigator Matthew Flinders, who explored and surveyed the South Australian coastline in the early 19th century. The scholarship will cover the international tuition fees for the published duration of the degree. In exceptional circumstances the tuition costs of a single repeat topic enrolment may be paid. If the recipient is required to repeat additional topics, they will be liable for the cost international tuition fees.
