Aim and Benefits of Hanns Seidel Foundation Scholarship Postgraduate Scholarship
Financial support
- The scholarship amount is a maximum of €855 per month for undergraduate studies, plus a study allowance of €300. For doctoral studies, it is a maximum of €1,650 per month, plus a research allowance of €100. Trainees receive a flat rate of €300 per month. And best of all – the scholarship doesn't have to be repaid!
Non-material support
- Scholarship recipients receive individual guidance and support from our staff and faculty advisors at their university location . Through workshops and events, they engage productively and thoughtfully with societal issues and challenges, thereby strengthening their capacity for self-reflection and critical thinking . Our practical seminars impart key skills and intercultural competence.
A network for life
- Scholarship program is designed to provide both individual and long-term support . Former scholarship recipients are given the opportunity to expand their existing network, engage in international exchange, and carry out joint projects.
