Global Talent Scholarships worth up to £12,000

Requirements for Global Talent Scholarship – Undergraduate Qualification

Who meet the following criteria:?

• Achieve A level grades AAA?or the equivalent grade in an accepted international qualification**
• hold an offer for an eligible undergraduate programme for September 2025 intake*??  
• have?international?fee status? 

Global Talent Scholarships are awarded automatically to international students with grades AAA (or equivalent)** – there is no application or registration process. The scholarship is worth £3,000 per academic year, up to a total of £12,000 over a standard four-year degree. The first £3,000 will be deducted from your tuition fees when you enrol in your first year. The scholarship is renewable each year, subject to achieving an average of 65% or above in your academic results.

Interview date, Process and Venue for Global Talent Scholarship – Undergraduate

1. You must have achieved the required A level grades or overseas equivalent
   2025 Undergraduate Overseas Equivalences [PDF 637KB].
2. Senior Status LLB?offer holders with a 1st class degree (or equivalent) will be considered for a Global Talent Scholarship. 
3. This scheme is available only to students who apply for and enrol on an eligible course taught at Queen Mary in the 2025/26 academic year. Scholarships cannot be deferred to subsequent years of study.
4. Your fee status must have been confirmed as ‘Overseas’ by Queen Mary and must remain ‘Overseas’ throughout the programme. This award is not available to applicants assessed as ‘Home’ for fee status purposes, regardless of domicile.?
5. You must be fully self-funded.
6. You must be enrolled on a full-time programme.
7. You must not be in receipt of any other University scholarship or full-fee scholarship from any other source.?
8. If you are awarded the scholarship, it will be deducted directly from tuition fees payable to the University. You must be able to finance the remainder of your tuition fees and living expenses.?
9. Scholarship offers will be made by our Admissions office at point of offer. Recipients will be notified via their applicant portal.?
