Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce Foundation - Education Trust Fund (SCCCF - ETF) Scholarship 2025

The objective of the scholarship is to reward top Malay/Muslim, Singaporeans or PR students who will be pursuing their undergraduate studies in any of the local universities. The scholarship will be used to finance their university fees or cover the living allowances during their term of study.

Aim and Benefits of SCCCF - ETF Scholarship

The scholarship provides $5,000

Requirements for SCCCF - ETF Scholarship Qualification

1. Singapore citizen holding a valid NRIC / PR of Singapore;
2. Malay/Muslim;
3. Pursuing full-time education in any of the following local universities in Singapore:
   1. 1. National University of Singapore (NUS);
      2. Nanyang Technological University (NTU);
      3. Singapore Management University (SMU);
      4. Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT);
      5. Singapore University of Technology & Design (SUTD) and;
      6. Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).
4. Have a household per capita income (PCI) of S$800 and below;
5. Applicants with good academic results will be given priority. If the results are comparable, then those with a lower PCI shall be given priority.
6. Applicant must be in the first year of undergraduate study. 

Interview date, Process and Venue for SCCCF - ETF Scholarship

1. Applicants from the low-income family will be given priority.
2. Each applicant needs to submit only ONE application to Yayasan MENDAKI to be eligible for all other schemes. Multiple applications from the same applicant will be closed.
3. Applications will only be considered upon receipt of all fully completed required documents. Incomplete applications will be closed.
4. Applicant must be a confirmed student of the local institutions mentioned above.
5. Shortlisting of candidates is based upon competition amongst the eligible applicants.
6. Being eligible does not guarantee an award.
7. Interviews will be held for shortlisted candidates and being eligible for the interview does not guarantee an award.
8. The Scholarship shall be used for the recipient’s educational expenses such as tuition fees, course materials, living expenses and fees for other educational activities organised by the institution the recipient is enrolled in.
