University of Glasgow/Glasgow International College University Degree Progression Scholarship 2025

The University of Glasgow has a number of University Degree Progression Scholarships available to international students progressing directly from Glasgow International College (GIC) to register on a full-time Undergraduate degree at the University of Glasgow in Academic Year 2025/26.

Aim and Benefits of University of Glasgow/Glasgow International College University Degree Progression Scholarship

£3,000 per year of study for a maximum of 3 years

Requirements for University of Glasgow/Glasgow International College University Degree Progression Scholarship Qualification

These scholarships are only open to students classed as international for tuition fee purposes and are self-funded. Students who are fully or partly sponsored are not eligible.

· These scholarships are restricted to students progressing directly from Glasgow International College to the University of Glasgow.

· These scholarships cannot be combined with any other University of Glasgow awarded scholarships.

· Eligible courses include all full-time undergraduate programmes available as pathway progression routes from Glasgow International College to the University of Glasgow.

· This scholarship award does not apply to deferred entry. Where a scholarship has been awarded to a student who subsequently defers entry to the following academic year, the award will be withdrawn, and the applicant will be considered again in line with the terms and conditions that apply in the new proposed year of entry.

Application Deadline

How to Apply

Eligible students progressing from GIC to an undergraduate programme at the University of Glasgow will be automatically assessed for the scholarship based on academic merit. There is no separate application form required.
