This program seeks to connect young, high potential talent from donor/developed countries to the work and mission of the World Bank Group (WBG) through an immersive program, working on WBG projects and enhancing global experience, to ensure that participants serve as influential advocates and amplifiers of the WBG’s operations and impact in different countries, as they advance in their careers.

- The program is fully funded by donors/developed countries using a Trust Fund model (salary and benefits).

Education
Experience
- Strong interest in development work; self-driven with a sense of urgency, innovation, and intellectual curiosity. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, work under pressure, collaborate effectively in teams, and maintain international mobility.
Nationality
- Applicants must be nationals of the donor/developed country.
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English is essential.
