This program was created with the objective of supporting the development of institutional projects at the University , based on the paid work of Unicamp students. The projects are prepared by Unicamp faculty or teaching units, to be developed on an occasional basis, always requiring prior approval by DEAPE. A new application is required for each event.

Aim and Benefits of PAPI – Institutional Project Assistance Program

Calculated in proportion to the number of hours worked, with R$394.73 corresponding to a maximum of 60 hours per month. The grant amount is received one month after the start of the project activities, upon reporting attendance in the SIG System (proponent's responsibility) each month or immediately after the project is completed (in the case of events). Without a certificate of attendance, the grant will not be received. BAS or BAEF grant holders may receive a PAPI grant for a maximum of one month of activity.


Requirements for PAPI – Institutional Project Assistance Program Qualification

Undergraduate and graduate students, regularly enrolled at Unicamp, who are available to complete the workload required by the project. DEAPE prioritizes students who do not receive other institutional scholarships. However, BAS and BAEF scholarship holders may participate annually by receiving 1 PAPI scholarship for a maximum of 1 month of activity.

How to Apply

The selection of students is the responsibility of each project proponent, in the manner they deem appropriate. However, if necessary, DEAPE's Social Service can recommend students who are interested in participating in the project. After selection, proponents must register the students who will work on their projects in the SIG System , where the necessary documentation and information for this registration is indicated. In the same system, students must sign the electronic scholarship term and register a bank account to receive payment.
