Aim and Benefits of University of Salford Undergraduate Scholarship

• For undergraduate applicants, the Global Silver Excellence Scholarship is worth £3,000 for every year of study starting from September 2026. 
• For postgraduate applicants starting, the Global Silver Excellence Scholarship is worth £2,500.

Requirements for University of Salford Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

• To be eligible for this scholarship you must be applying for the first year of full-time study on an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate master’s programme.
• Self-funded students who successfully complete the International Foundation Year at Salford with a grade between 65 - 69 are eligible for this scholarship if they progress to one of our eligible undergraduate programmes starting in 2026.
• If you are an undergraduate applicant, you must hold an offer for an eligible programme and achieve A-level grades BBC  or equivalent from your country. Equivalent qualifications are shown on our country pages.
• If you are a postgraduate applicant, you must hold an offer for an eligible programme, achieve at least a second-class lower (2.2) degree or above and meet your offer conditions by the admission deadline (equivalent qualifications are shown on our country pages).
