This scholarship is only available for lecturers at Vietnamese tertiary institutions seeking to complete a PhD.

About RMIT University

RMIT University (officially Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, informally RMIT) is an Australian public research university based in Melbourne, Victoria. Founded in 1887 as the Working Men's College of Melbourne by Francis Ormond, it initially opened as a private night school offering instruction in art, science and technology in response to the industrial revolution in Australia. RMIT University PhD Scholarship

Aim and Benefits of RMIT University PhD Scholarship

• For Melbourne based candidates it will be $32,841 per annum in 2022.
• For Vietnam based candidates it will be $10,000 per annum in 2022.
• A tuition fee scholarship.
• Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the period of time they spend in Australia.
• A relocation allowance capped at AUD $1,500. T&C applied.

Requirements for RMIT University PhD Scholarship Qualification

• They should satisfy the University’s entry requirements for research programs.
• All the applicants including international applicants must meet the minimum English language requirements.
• Must be having a scholarship offer from Project 89.

To start the application process, please register your interest in this scholarship via the Project 89 Scholarship Registration of Interest Form. Applicants who do not register via the form will not be considered for a scholarship.
