BAT is one of DEAPE's social grants, which share the same notice and selection process. This benefit aims to cover two public transportation passes per working day for students who have financial difficulties in getting to Unicamp. It also provides exemption from the food fee .

The value of two popular public transport passes for the city of Campinas multiplied by the working days of the payment base month. Payment is monthly.
Undergraduate and graduate students (master's and doctorate), regardless of their year of admission, who meet the requirements detailed in Resolution CEPE-A-003/2012 and in the Social Scholarships notice . Once the application has been evaluated and accepted, the number of scholarships available is distributed, until it is exhausted, to students with a lower Socioeconomic Classification Index (CI) .
Registration for BAT consists of filling in data in the Social Grants area of ??the SIG System , where the documentation to be attached is also indicated (also detailed in the Social Grants notice ). Registration dates for those who are and those who are not new are different: always check the calendar and the notice on the DEAPE website and in the SIG System .
