The Government of South Australia has established the Enabling Educator Excellence (E3) Scholarship for students commencing undergraduate or postgraduate initial teacher registration courses in 2025.
Flinders University is a public university in Adelaide, South Australia. Founded in 1966, it was named in honour of navigator Matthew Flinders, who explored and surveyed the South Australian coastline in the early 19th century. Each scholarship is valued at $5,000 subject to maintaining enrolment in an eligible course. Payments will be made in in a single instalment.
The scholarship is awarded for 1 year of full-time study.
Scholarship applicants must:
Applicants will be ranked based on academic merit (ATAR or GPA). Preference may be given to full-time students.
No more than 50% of scholarships will be allocated to any one program stream. No more than 60% of the allocation will be provided to postgraduate students.
Selection of the candidate(s) will be made by a committee comprising representatives from the College of Education, Psychology and Social Work, the Office of Indigenous Strategy and Engagement and Student Administration Services.
