We are seeking one outstanding candidate for PhD scholarship for an NHMRC Project entitled: A ‘culturally tailored iSupport model’ for carers of people with dementia. This exciting project is a partnership between Flinders University, West Sydney University and eight community aged care service providers across South Australia, Victoria and NSW in Australia.
The project has a funded PhD scholarship. The student will be based at Flinders University (Principal supervisor Prof. Lily Xiao). Associate supervision will be provided by the other members of the research team located at Flinders university.
Flinders University is a public university in Adelaide, South Australia. Founded in 1966, it was named in honour of navigator Matthew Flinders, who explored and surveyed the South Australian coastline in the early 19th century. The Project lead may invite you to apply and request a copy of your CV together with a covering letter outlining your relevant qualifications, experience, research experience and reasons for applying for the scholarship.
Applicants will be shortlisted and interviews will be held the week commencing 13st January 2025. Outcomes will be released by 24th January 2025.
The successful candidate will ideally begin by 1st July 2025, subject to negotiation and not later than 1st August 2025.
